Frequently Asked Questions
Can Tim travel to me?
Yes, I can travel to you. Depending on location, this may incur a travel/time additional cost.
How long does a treatment last?
What do I need to know before my first consultation/session?
FOR DOGS
It would be very helpful if you can bring detailed information about your dog’s medical history, diet, exercise history and any medication they may be taking.
How do I make a booking?
FOR DOGS
You can either call Tim, reach out to him via email, or complete the Contact Form.
Is there a cancellation policy?
If you cannot make your appointment, we would appreciate as much notice as possible. If it is less than 24 hours cancellation notice of booking, this will incur a 100% cancellation fee as this prevents someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
Will my pet insurance cover the treatment cost?
Yes it can, if you obtain a letter of referral from your vet, and the treatment is for a condition/illness covered under your insurance policy. Depending on the level of cover, you may be able to claim from 75% up to a 100% rebate. Check with your pet insurer.
